Pros

Flexible hours, variety of shifts, easy enough work, nice people, well known company name/usually pretty busy, lots of staff

Cons

Cheap meals means cheap tips, but I knew that going in. If the management fails to schedule enough staff you will be told (not asked) to stay far beyond your scheduled ours. Have a prior commitment? Not their problem.

Pros

Plenty of hours , great management and Co-workers.

Cons

Could use a remodel BAD. There's a major pest control problem, the bar is rotted so it's not sturdy, the grill area needs fixing only one cold bin is in working order. They have a deep freezer under the bar. The grease trap outside is located in the mud so your gonna fall if u go out there. The customers are very rowdy during the 3rd shift. Almost always have to call the cops to break up fights in the parking lot.

Pros

Fun environment. Good tip opportunity. Flexible schedule. Allowed for family time.

Cons

Was flat out told that servers will never get raises. The company does not reward longevity or good service. Even on Christmas and Thanksgiving Day, you will only make 2.75 an hour, or 4.12 if you're eligible for holiday pay. The burden of your pay is placed entirely on the customer, yet they expect servers to take care of their pockets by being ridiculously stingy with gravy and cheese, and never offering senior discounts or military discounts unless specifically requested. Benefits are a joke. ACA bare minimum, if that, and way too expensive. Promotions are all about who you know, not what you know.
