None whatsoever. They hire you as a waitress for $2.15 an hour and expect you to wash dishes, bus, clean toilets, etc. without extra pay to compensate for the lack of tips for other jobs.

Cons

If you love making $2.15 to waitress, wash dishes, bus, clean toilets, sweep and mop floors, you'll LOVE this place.
