Laid back atmosphere, fast paced environment

Cons

Everything here is old school. The regulations by corporate are not followed to the best of the franchise ability. There is not enough encouragement, and too much fire and brimstone when you do something wrong.

Loved the other employees and the customers. management was good and hours weren't the worst. Low stress job for the most part.

Cons

Cons include working holidays and the average six month turn around on management. Pay was minimum wage and there wasn't a lot of opportunity for raises.
