Pros

Great benefits like unlimited time off and health insurance. Hudl has a great working environment.

Cons

Sales org. is pretty unorganized during rollouts of new products, services, and systems. The roll changes every year and so does the commission structure. Pay isn’t great. Not very much room for upward mobility here.

Pros

+ People people people. You'll see posts on social media (@lifeathudl) that showcase what we do and who we do it with. Hudlies. Our Hudlies make our culture, make our company excel and help make my time worth it! Without great people, there is no great organization. + Recognizing faults and willingness to explore fixing them. While we can't reasonably meet the want of every person, Hudl does a great job finding ways to meet the needs of Hudlies globally through an engaging compensation package and offering a broad range of benefits to meet Hudlies at each stage of life. + Product. Our product team continues to innovate, expand and dare to fail. Our product line targets one of the more engaging areas of society, sports. Sports can break down barriers, pull people together and provide a level of excitement that can at times be hard to find in other places. We're right in the middle of this helping teams, athletes, coaches, analysts and whole organizations be more competitive. + Leaderships truly cares. Balancing the people and the company side can be difficult. The leadership teams has been invested since the start of Hudl and continues to engage in positive ways making Hudl a great place to work.

Cons

- While leadership truly cares, with the continuing scale of Hudl growing larger, it'd be great to see management/leadership be more direct with expectations of Hudlies. More recently, there's a level of appeasement to avoid seemingly 'hurting feelings" of some subset of Hudlies. - Compensation has been a rocky road for Hudlies historically. As a younger, smaller and in many ways, less mature company, Hudl struggled to competitively pay employees. We've made positive strides here recently and many new hires find themselves with competitive pay scales but some longer time served Hudlies still feel a bit burned by the past. - Cross team communication. There are areas where this seems to excel (Support->Sales) but others where this can be improved. It's undoubtably a challenge but the communication between teams at Hudl sometimes isn't what it needs to be.

Pros

Work life balance and flexibility are great.

Cons

Hudl promotes a great culture but that does not fully exist within the sales team. Management does not lead from the front and often leaves reps frustrated. Communication within the sales organization is frustrating.
