      They didn't fire people during COVID

      Cons

      Poor management and really poor HR. Watch out to not get taken advantage of. Salary is less than it should be for most positions, some really underpaid. In general low pay compared to other companies. Work life balance is okay to poor depending on where you are. Lots of wasted effort, lots of 1 on 1s Lack of mentorship and accountability. Leaders don't know what they're doing. Bro culture still there. Performative wokeness sometimes layered on top.

      Pros

      Hudl is exactly what I thought it would be - challenging yet amazing. Get ready to work hard but love the work you do and the reason behind it. It's an exciting industry and you get to work alongside some incredible people. The perks and benefits are also a big plus!

      Cons

      It can be very fast-paced with a lot of change (which can be exciting and scary all in one).

      The pay is not there. Room for growth is very difficult and managers do not help you with that.
