      Free food, sabbatical, remote work, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      The finance department has been going downhill for years under new leadership and no one takes it seriously. The company itself has great values, teams, and ideas but the finance department takes all of those and throws them in the trash. Toxic doesn’t even begin to cover it. Change is necessary to help an organization grow, and people have to accept that, but at what cost? When you lose an entire department? When you watch loyal, tenured employees break down and leave, one right after the next?
