      Pros

      Product strategy is well communicated and employee buy-in feels high for almost all direction. Community of peers is some of the best and brightest I've ever worked with and like I have a lot of room to grow in my current role as well as with the company.

      Cons

      With autonomy comes difficulty in alignment sometimes. Changes, when they happen, can feel painful and uncertain, but I've not seen them come around eventually yet.

      Pros

      Hudl provides employees with opportunities for growth, making mistakes, figuring things out and solving problems. Hudl celebrates successes (and organizes amazing company trips!!) while encouraging its employees to stretch their skills and their capabilities. Hudl cares about employees and their families, we have a great balance between work and personal life and always encourage respect and mutual trust; people are passionate about what they do. Salaries are fair and in line with the cost of living

      Cons

      In compliance with company objectives, we can have as many holidays as we need. For sure, sometimes we are not really able to have unlimited vacations ;)

      Sports tech industry is really exciting and fun to be involved in Hudl as a company truly lives their values and cares about employees mental and physical wellbeing Teams and individuals are engaged and feel ownership in the work we do
