      Pros

      Employees are given a lot of freedom in terms of where and how to work. Great perks - free lunch, happy hour, treats in the office, events celebrated. Colleagues are a great bunch. C-Level genuinely care and are interested in their employees. Work is super interesting (if you like sports). Good problems to solve as a designer.

      Cons

      Workload is high. This doesn't apply for everyone but depending on role and responsibility. Unfortunately need to work out of hours a fair bit. Design team has expanded significantly and there is work to be done on process. Under resourcing of teams.

      Hard to create and implement effective processes at times due to the speed with which we work.
