- Great team chemistry. Growth mindset team members, open to feedback and sharing feedback with me as well - Positive leadership and community presence - Mix of tenured employees and areas with new, talented team members bringing fresh ideas

Cons

- Feels like we're ramping up quite fast at times with new initiatives and processes
