Easy work which can be understood within a month of joining, WFH, Sports industry is yet be a vast source of income so starting in this company in future will be a great experience.

Cons

Salary is less[Don't mention the survey says its industry standard dialogue its been 3years since HUDL is using it], Resources not being provided, EOD task completion is a stress in off-season with respect to few Team leads so the management needs to ease at least in the off season, Points system is a risky way used for salary hike.
