      -Promotes and lives by their company values every day -Employees are treated as more than a number -Work-life balance is supported -Flexible PTO and work schedules make getting your work done much easier I've worked here for longer than I ever thought I would and don't plan on leaving anytime soon!

      -Potentially could be making more elsewhere, but their benefits more than make up for it -Support for remote workers could be better, but the ability to work remotely is very much appreciated regardless
