      Pros

      There are so reasons I have stayed at this company. The people are amazing - I always feel supported, challenged, and important. The work we do is fulfilling - I'm always learning new things and given new opportunities. Lastly, the benefits have grown with me - from insurance, to maternity leave, to unlimited time off, I have the resources, time, and support I need.

      Cons

      We are a fast-paced company - you need to enjoy changing and evolving.

      Pros

      The work environment is incredibly flexible which allows for a great balance of personal and professional life. I appreciate the trust leadership has in us to get our work done when we work best and without micromanagement. This is incredibly important to me and I don't think you can find it at many places. Great benefits including provided healthcare and unlimited PTO. Coming from a place with very limited PTO it is so freeing to not have to worry about the number of days The people are great and so talented, in my department there is a specialized role for everyone so you can really focus on your own role without having to be a "jack of all trades". Further, Hudl offers a lot of support in career progression with bi-annual reviews to gauge progress and bi-weekly 1:1s with managers. They have roles clearly defined roles as well as paths to promotion.

      Cons

      I don't have anything bad to say about Hudl, but I know some other companies in tech pay higher so that would be one I suppose.
