      Thanks for your feedback. The nature of the industry that we are in demands a 24/7 work and that is the reason for the existence of rotational shifts. Also, the salary range and merit raises are decided on the basis of market standards using Mercer which is used as the global platform. We're always looking at ways to improve and appreciate you taking the time to share your personal experience.

      Leads were good.. environment was good.. Training sessions are the best

      Cons

      Shift timings No work life balance No proper weekends Can’t get leave on Saturday sundays You have to work on holidays (even if you are not willing to)too and u’ll get a comp off Hikes are too low that it can’t motivate you to do much better… Also the work target increases each year.. feels more like exploitation Strict break timings.. no parking space was there.. had to park the vehicle nearby and walk to the office everyday !!
