      The company isn't bad - but departments other than sales and product need to be paid attention to.

      Pros

      Benefits are good - the whole tickets to sporting events is pretty neat, but working in support with the hours/days we have, it makes it all but impossible to see a team you'd really like to.

      Cons

      I know this might just be my experience, but my manager was a bit of a lame duck, and you can see friends of upper management get promoted or positions created to retain them - regardless of their quality of work.

      Social workplace with awesome benefits, sometimes lacks in professionalism.

      Pros

      401(k) matching, unlimited vacation, catered lunch every day, fully covered health insurance, opportunities to move up within the company.

      Cons

      A lot of times, things are done without putting too much thought in to it. Product updates, new positions, events being scheduled when there aren't enough people to cover shifts. There also isn't a receptionist or clear welcome area in the two office locations, so interviewees awkwardly walk in without knowing where to go or who to talk to.

      Pros

      The company strives to create an inclusive environment. They strive to create bridges between technology, athletics, and social responsibility. Pay is very competitive for Lincoln, NE. Culture of collaboration and support; anyone will meet and discuss anything with you. Exciting industry to work within.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive anywhere outside of Lincoln, NE. Founders are still the executive team so they lack real world experience anywhere else. Company continues to lean into its least profitable client base while the rest of the world into high-margin, highly customized solutions.
