Get to work on cool products Free lunch and snacks are nice perk Get to pick your machine

Cons

A bit of a 'boys club' When I was there they sent multiple emails (at least 5) out saying that 'this person has been let go because their performance hasn't met our standards in the past months' not sure purpose of this, but could only assume to strike fear. Wasn't great for culture. Pay was lower than you might expect It has been three years since working there, however, most of the people I worked with back in 2015 and 2016 have left which isn't a good sign.

Pros

A truly product-focused company w/ a big vision and a lot of work being done to make working here awesome. There are a lot of things companies can throw at you (salary, stock, crazy benefits, etc), but they all eventually loose their luster. What attracts and keeps top talent is working with amazing people, working on challenging problems, and being trusted to solve them(no micro-managing). I get all of those here.

Cons

Growing pains. Sometimes as we add new roles/divisions, there is little process around it. This is a problem that isn't unique to Hudl, it's just part of hypergrowth.

Atmosphere and culture We're a family Free lunch every day Company outings frequently Internal Hiring/Advancement Internal Education Programs Great Benefits The 3 Founders of Hudl know each employee by name, and I see them every day. Can travel as often or not-often as you would like Locations in Lincoln, Boston, and London. Positive and uplifting environment. No drama. Unlimited Vacation.

Cons

Trying to find parking in near the office downtown is a bit difficult at times.
