I take a lot of pride in the work and commitment that comes from our team in India—you all live out our core value of “Thriving on the Front Lines” everyday, which comes with its challenges. I won’t pretend that rotational and night shifts aren’t difficult at times. But I would like to say thank you, both from me and on behalf of the coaches and athletes who depend on us.

Pros

- Strategy and ambition - Growing and professionalising so a great opportunity to learn and be part of shaping strategy, process and policy. - lots of changes being done to como, benefits, wellness offering etc - Great caring culture towards Hudlies

Cons

- Very US centric - HQ don’t seem to realise they can’t force their ways on the rest of the world where things are done differently. Need to broaden their horizons in this respect.
