      Pros

      I love coming to work everyday to solve problems that will impact the sports landscape from youth to professional. More importantly, I am doing it with some of the smartest people I have ever met that are willing to help bring me along.

      Cons

      You can nit pick a company all day, but what ive learned from the many employees who have left and come back to Hudl, the grass isnt always greener elsewhere. There is always room to improve and I think Hudl is honest about identifying those gaps.

      good company culture, flexible, right amount of pressure for sales, good product and good leadership

      some internal processes not working well sometimes (e.g billings, provisionings) salary growth year on year is limited
