      Pros

      - Working in the athletic space is exciting and fulfilling - Healthy competitive environment brings energy and a "get after it" type of attitude - Collaboration within the organization is very high and people look for ideas and advice from others - Flexibility for remote works is much appreciated

      Cons

      - Base salaries are in the lower range for the job titles they are tied to; but the healthy and REALISTIC OTEs definitely make that sting less - Things seem to always be changing and fluctuating, but it's a healthy org with a ton of growth potential and promotion from within is common

      Decent amount of salary, if you are a sportsperson and looking for non-technical job you can for this company. Colleagues you may find friendly.

      Cons

      No work life balance if you are fresher. Don't go of you don't have knowledge related to football. Forget getting Leaves and holidays. Appraisal rules are very strict likely to get any appraisal.
