      Pros

      Incredible team that is smart, driven, and collaborative. Fast moving environment. There is never a dull moment. Growth opportunities. You’ll be challenged and stretched. Flexibility. We got a hybrid model and are remote friendly, with a focus on output over hours. Employees are empowered to take ownership.

      Cons

      Fast pace means things aren’t always perfect. Decisions are sometimes made quickly and without ability for full diligence Not necessarily a con, but could be for some. To be successful here, you need resilience and the ability to adapt to change quickly.

      The salary falls on the lower end and I think we could be compensated better.
