      - People truly care about the impact that they are having on their team, but also our customers. - The product is always evolving and at the cutting edge of all sports technology. - The leadership team is the best I've ever seen. - Benefits are very competitive with most of the industry.

      Cons

      - Sometimes it feels like we are trying to evolve too quickly which can lead to differentiating strategies.
