      Pros

      The managers are honest and transparent, and they recognize your contributions. Even though Hudl is growing rapidly, it still maintains its startup culture, allowing you to have access to the products from end to end

      Cons

      The pay could be increased, but I'd say it's worth it at the start of your career, with the amazing managers you'll have and the skills you'll acquire

      Pros

      Every day is a new challenge, which keeps me excited to come to work and engaged. The coworkers are amazing and supportive people who care about collaboration and team success. Great work-life balance and company culture. Direct managers take an interest in who you are as a person and truly want you to succeed.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency from leadership on some key decisions. Career growth opportunities feel limited or unclear and it can be tough to navigate the path for advancement.
