      I genuinely enjoy coming to work every day. The company is committed to growth and delivering quality products to our customers. Every day is challenging and I get to work with great people to solve hard problems for an engaged group of customers.

      Pros

      Hudl is a very cool company to work for and leads with positivity and inclusion. No joke — from the top down they wear it on their sleeves. Pay and benefits are competitive and the teams are great. It all adds up to a great place to work.

      Cons

      Hudl has shifted from a startup to a mid-size tech company with eyes on going large. There are actual and real growing pains associated with this. Most often when older processes or ways of working are clung to as a proxy for culture. Culture can grow!
