Not what I expected

Pros

Coworkers (at least the ones in my store) are very friendly, all having worked for Hudson 5-7 years; willing to work with you, help you.

Cons

Management very condescending (on good days) or rude (on bad days). Salary, though higher than most customer service jobs, is woefully low compared to the work done everyday --and don't get me started on the taxes/ withheld pay!

Pros

There were great middle managers at the company - I felt like my immediate superiors knew what they were talking about and were empathetic to my needs as well as the customers'.

Cons

The overall person running the company didn't seem to entirely have his act together - he's been replaced, from what I've heard. Other than that and a focus on sales I didn't see any problems.
