Some of the people working there are very nice and pleasant to work

Then you have the management team, whom are lazy and don't care about the workers but are more focus on making money.

Pros

Hudson's focus on customer service can do a great deal to train up skills on dealing with people.

Cons

Hudson "strongly encourages" all salaried employees to work at least 50 hours a week. This, combined with a tight payroll, can means store managers often find themselves working on register four or five days a week, in addition to their managerial duties.

It's the dead zone

Pros

Very casual work atmosphere. No pressure. Very "9-5". The office building has a gym and cafeteria. Nice space.

Cons

Senior mgt has been there forever just waiting to retire. Not motivational. No career growth or training. The dead zone.
