The health insurance and 401k are decent

Cons

There is not work balance. The turn over rate is crazy. Working 60-70 hour weeks pretty normal and managements salary no over time. To prevent hourly workers of getting over time you are expected to fill in. Management is very clicky and gossipy. Not a super positive place to work. Plus being at an airport you have to park off site get shuttled in and the go through tsa.

Good pay! Busy, but not strenous work! You get to choose a different schedule every 6 months! Union Job! You get to meet alot of great people, including celebrities!

Cons

Since it's at the airport, you have to park off site, and are shuttled in! Have to pay a monthly parking fee! The choosing of schedules is based on seniority!
