Do not work here if you have other choices. The culture is bad and you barely learn anything.

Healthcare provider ( UnitedHealth) is the worst! Staying with this healthcare company for another year might force me to work elsewhere. Lack of communication between divisions. PTO plan is a joke. Company just sold off its spectrum rights for billions but no company direction has been announced. More layoffs coming next month right before the holidays.
