Too Many Cliques with Family Members and Friends from Smiths Station, AL

Pros

Some nice, friendly coworkers who are scared to speak out against management because they are ALL the clique with some of the employees.

Cons

Management SUCKS from the top down. Physicians are HORRIBLE drunks. Medical assistants are BROWN NOSERS who loves to gossip and spread lies. Front desk receptionists at the outpatient clinic are RUDE and very UNCARING about the patients and speaks to and treat them very DISRESPECTFUL.

Pros

It’s really hard to come up with any Pros but I guess I would say most of my coworkers were great and the benefits

Cons

There are so many cons but I will go with horrible management and HR. Employees truly don’t matter and are expendable it doesn’t matter if you have been there for 1 week or 20 years. Management acts like a bunch of petty high schoolers, gossiping and bullying employees that aren’t part of their clique or dare to question them. You can’t go to HR because they do nothing so they are useless. Definitely a shady place to work

For profit company so you don’t get bonuses and raises like most of the competitors.
