Where to begin management, management and 1000 times management.... in paper the company seems like dream job with exciting projects, although once hired reality hit hard, managers specially are the worst part, hire practices of of offering false pretenses and empty promises, certain VPs should not be allowed to manage teams, some of them are extremely abusive, disorganized , bullys and rude, that quickly turn in the worst professional nightmare of my career, some are vindictive and absurd, zero work culture and toxic work enviroment, outdated, limited software and equipment, incompetent and highly political people thrive while hardworking people flee at unprecedented rates, architectural practice is almost extinct, while arrogant engineers from upper management try to takeover, zero focus on design. Unhappy, miserable mid level employees, no flexibility whatsoever more like a sweatshop.
