Pros

you can work in harmony with other colleagues. Training we received at the beginning of our career was so helpful. Mangers are so helpful & friendly.

salaries were not as good as the rest of the market

the working hours are 8h with no additional task after that the workload not high

Cons

you will not gain any new skills or even enhance yours , the work is very typical and almost all is SQL the salary is very low annual increase very low
