The Worst Project Management experience I've ever seen
Pros
The only pros is that there are some "few " good colleges and experienced leaders you can work with in your early career. ( Suits fresh grads and who are under 2 years of experience)
Cons
+ The PMO management leadership style, it's one of the worst leadership styles you can work with. Regardless the experience in the Project Management - which I can't evaluate from a respect standpoint -, it's a bad people manger as it's only so good at blaming you and focusing on the minor trivial things. The one can't endure the probation period because of this toxic work environment. + No real Project Management experience and practices. Waste of time. + Family business with a very arbitrary top management. + Very low salaries compared to the market. + HR isn't supportive enough. + Not recommended for any seniority levels. + Very incredible turnover.
