Pros

Easily the best place I have worked. The company culture is energetic, colleagues are all great, the pay and benefits are awesome, and there is a lot of room to learn new skills. It is also really cool to be a part of a company that is as innovative as Human Interest.

The company is genuinely good to its people at least in the CAM department. Employees are treated fairly if they work hard. Role is challenging and rewarding

Cons

They have a company”philosophy” of no annual raises or even merit raises. Only chance for salary increases is other roles. Turnover is maybe the worst I have ever seen at any company I have worked at… including retail jobs i had when I was a kid. It is truly shocking. Information is way too siloed between departments and it is extremely difficult to get correct information from anyone. This drives frustration among the teams but also client frustration. And because it is so easy for them to fudge Client Satisfaction survey scores this is problem in the company is not properly appreciated. It’s probably the #1 problem with true growth of the company because client churn is astronomically high.
