      Pros

      Non management people are good. Cafe. Gym. Benefits

      Cons

      Management. They can't be fired, so they do as they please. One manager told me on her first week that the founder of the company needed to die so the company can move forward. This person also did freelance work, while at work. Another called in sick constantly, and falsified time sheets. Get the picture?

      Hands on experience on coldfusion to Asp.net migration.

      Cons

      Lack of documentation. Hence need to work on to figure out the problem origin and resolve.
