Human Kinetics is hands-down the best company I have ever worked for. I enjoy the work that I do, and have been continually challenged by my coordinator. I am able to have a life outside the office, and appreciate the chance to exercise on my lunch hour in a comfortable environment with like-minded co-workers.

Cons

The pay is not the highest in town, but I feel the benefits outweigh the lower salary. I would rather be happy for a little less money.

Great benefits, lots of great people that work there. Onsite workout area and classes, free books if you're an employee, social events. Cafeteria, though it's not as healthy as they promote. Free soda.

Cons

Their technology is disconnected. The systems don't talk to each other and it causes confusion and a LOT of extra work. Upper management folks often have ego issues and look the other way when employees try to bring significant problems to their attention. A lot of incompetent people in leadership. They try to promote from within, but the people are often not skilled at managing people in a positive way.
