Pros
HSMC is a good company to work for. The benefits are pretty good to boot, dental and health care. They also try hard to build a company culture with things like trips to Six Flags or Soccer and Volleyball tournaments as well as a yearly holiday party. If you're willing to put in the work, you will do well here and the management doors are always open should you have questions or concerns.
Cons
Inter-office communication sometimes leaves staff with more questions than answers.
