I do not share the experiences reported in some of the derogatory reviews herein. Full disclosure, I'm a white female. HSMC has mechanisms in place to report and address safety concerns to include racism, sexism, discrimination, etc. As demonstration of HSMC's commitment to Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, a Sr. VP role was created and filled and HSMC commits to (see our Facebook post) INCREASED programming. The longevity of staff (also see Facebook posts) speaks to the nature of who we attract, how we invest in staff, and the commitment many of us share. Do not allow one's post-employment catharsis overshadow your impression of HSMC. Check us out on social media; ask questions about our culture during the interview process and ask us why we are PROUD to be part of HSMC.
