Pros

Helpful and friendly colleagues. Good health benefits.

Cons

HumanCare is dangerously short-staffed, and leadership seems fully aware of it. Most employees are completely burned-out, constantly exhausted, and under relentless pressure. Workloads are overwhelming, yet no additional staff are hired to ease the burden. I value my role, but being crushed by endless work due to ineffective leadership makes this unbearable.

Pros

A few minor benefits exist, but overall, this place is unbearable. Pay is more mediocre, and advancement is nearly impossible.

Cons

- Schedules are a constant mess, and employees receive no support. - Communication is disastrous, and those in charge appear lost and indecisive. - Roles are unclear, and leadership constantly imposes sudden decisions with no warning. - It is nearly impossible to accomplish anything when everyone is confused, and the people responsible refuse to communicate or collaborate. - Accountability does not exist. Instead of solving problems or learning from mistakes, the only constant is finger pointing and endless blame.
