Cons

HumanCare is an understaffed company with most of its employees being overworked. We have a messy work environment because employees scramble to do everything within the schedule because we're all overwhelmed with tasks and responsibilities. Working here will drain you mentally and physically. Stay away from this place.

The patients made the work meaningful - they deserved better.

Cons

The scheduling was chaotic, staffing was short, and the communication was terrible. Calls for help went unanswered, and shifts were constantly rearranged without notice. The environment was unsupportive and cold, making a demanding field even harder. Compassion can't thrive where exhaustion is the norm.
