Great pay, benefits and work flexibility (e.g., remote work)
Cons
Sadly, over the past few years, the culture has really tanked. Former leaders who championed an engaging culture have left (either by force or their own volition), and current leaders lack the skills and heart to make it a satisfying place to work.
Impressed with overall emphasis on health and wellness
Cons
Wish I’d felt comfortable enough going to management with some issues i was going through. The company push to acknowledge employee stress and anxiety caused by the pandemic and political and racial unrest was treated as a bit of a nuisance by my manager, who otherwise was a very nice person. I was left feeling pretty isolated with my issues and concerns.
