Only cents for raises

Hard to change roles even if you apply within the company, may do better applying outside the company
The members are verbally abusive and there is nothing in place to release the member should they get out of hand. You have to try and defuse them and if you cant you transfer them to a team of people that are not supervisors. I dont know what they do but you cant offer to transfer the member. The Broker/Agent/Member has to request a supervisor. Until they request one you are their punching bag
-They give you a long thorough training.
- Good benefits.
- Good training hours.
Cons
-You learn so much that you're not putting it to use until the day of your first call so it can all be so overwhelming and very confusing.
-They start Customer Service Representative II at $18/hour definitely not worth it.
