      There benefits and pay are good. They are flexible of dr appointments and working from home.

      Cons

      Long hours and weekends are expected and are not compensated back. Pay increases are not guaranteed.

      No proper Organization Structure, Communication gaps between departments within IT. Lot of middle management.
