Pros

The benefits were great! No complaints there. Training was A+ & The operating system was very user friendly,

Cons

Too much micromanaging for a remote job. You must be glued to the computer like a robot at all times. Not much autonomy at all. God forbid you’re away from the computer for 5 mins outside of your scheduled break. They monitor every keyboard click & mouse stroke. It was miserable.

Pros

401K contributions are great. Mail-order prescriptions.

Cons

The pay is well below standard. The insurance is terrible. Management is very disorganized. Too many "meetings" to meet your metrics.
