      Work life balance, my well being is cared for by my team.

      Cons

      IT has transformed ti an Agile work methodology. No operational readiness or assessment has been made to implement it. Project managers are suddenly looked down upon. Existing employees career is not cared for. No progression whatsoever. Management thinks hiring from consulting companies will solve all issues.
