Pros

Excellent atmosphere, promotes healthy lifestyle, plenty of opportunities to grow, 401k and PTO is great.

Cons

Not enough engagement activities, picnics or Christmas parties that give the opportunity to share work and family.

some good coworkers -- the worker bees

Cons

Management sucks. They don't know their head from a hole in the ground. They overwork and under appreciate their employees. Also, they are frightened of people that know just as much of them. They are cowards.
