Tuition Reimbursement Amazing rollover PTO (8hrs+ per paycheck) Flexible hours

Cons

Layoffs, layoffs, and layoffs...Humana values have dropped in the last 10 year. I am sad to say the great company I once worked for isn't so great anymore. The health insurance isn't the greatest either.
