Horrible management micro managed to the point of it being aggressive & harrassing if you metrics are too good they treat you like you’re somehow cheating the system even if you’re doing your job simply because of the verint monitoring it’s horrendous
They provide a great environment to work in, they are always innovating new ideas to make the member experience better (our jobs easier), and they have both team and individual goals. The benefits package is very generous, and Humana fosters a great well-being program.
Cons
You are expected to be extremely flexible during peak season with mandatory overtime hours, and you will work with leaders that don't listen or follow through (that is with any organization though).
Pay, health benefits, wellness programs, some leadership are fantastic bc they actually care, flexible schedules, work at home parttime or full time
Cons
Overload on workload/stress, some training classes are not fully understood , Sometimes raises are delayed because of 'freezes' and some leadership are horrible
