      Pros

      Culture, People, 401K, Work life balance. I have worked in this industry for my entire career and this is as good as it gets in terms of the people you get to work with, benefits, development and the cultural values. Humana truly cares for their employees, and their customers. If you are a team player, with a service mindset and want to be surrounded by people and leadership that lift you up, then look no further.

      Cons

      Would not negotiate on starting salary. I was hoping to start a bit higher but would not negotiate at all on the offer.
