Pros

I’ve had a great experience working for Humana. I feel like I am truly a valued employee and my voice counts.

Cons

Very hard to move into any other positions or move up. It seems as though they would prefer to hire outside of the company.

Several employee NRG teams to join, diversity is welcomed at all levels, care for well being of employees, own internal streaming radio station, good communications.

Cons

Pay for entry-level positions not great. Movement is difficult with 1-year commitments.
