Pros

They offer a lot of PTO if you can find time to use it. Relative to other companies they pay more. Low level management is pretty realist.

Cons

Upper level management cannot make their minds up. They are also poor at communicating with their peers and reports. You get a lot of PTO but trying to use it is a nightmare. IT is heavily dependent on contractors which makes maintaining a work force extremely challenging.
