Pros

Humatics is the world leader in Microlocation which is/will change the world. It is rewarding to work for a company that is making a product that will change the world for the better. The leadership team is made up of some incredibly intelligent people who are also down to earth and have common sense. I truly enjoy coming to work everyday.

Cons

Now that we are in our spacious and beautiful new headquarters in Waltham, MA I cannot complain about our lack of space in our former office in Cambridge, MA.

Pros

Very energetic, located in Kendal Square, CEO and President are very engaged and engaging and focused on company success; work is interesting and challenging.

Cons

Some people in charge (C-suite) are not mature enough for the position; communication could be much better; some folks in charge are way too busy and need more reports; goals are clear, but micro-managing is demoralizing. Also, acquiring another company??? We're a start-up; how do we deal with that?
