      Pros

      Nice building , good people , great benefits, 9/80 schedule, 401K, great medical and retirement benefits

      Cons

      Very politically driven, you have to play politics to survive! Too many VPs in this company more than any company I ever seen ! VPs & manager care about promotions more than their job itself, People who speak up about problem areas are punished. They punish lower level employees not VPs , one of senior VPs caused millions of dollars losses instead of firing him, they promoted him !

      Everyone is very nice to work with, including the Hunt family.

      Cons

      Very old school work style. Suit and tie every day. They're not open to any kind of change or new, better way of doing things.
